Introduction
In one of the clips from the April 8 episode, Ms Wax is criticising Indian immigrants. “Here's the problem. They (Brahmin women from India) are taught that they are better than everybody else because they are Brahmin elites and yet," she was quoted as saying.
Penn Law professor Amy Wax tells Tucker Carlson that "Blacks" and other "non-western" groups harbor "resentment, shame, and envy" against western people for their "outsized achievements and contributions."Wax then attacks Indian immigrants for criticizing things in the US when "their country is a shithole" and goes on to say that "the role of envy and shame in the way that the third world regards the first world [...] creates ingratitude of the most monstrous kind."

Ram Navami stone pelting: Why for us Gujaratis, this violence feels like déjà vu
Have we all become complacent after experiencing 20 years of peace? Or have we forgotten the history and are condemned to repeat it.
12 April, 2022
The so-called liberals of India have created this image that Gujarat was a land of peace before 2002. That it was an utopian dream where communal harmony was rooted firmly. Gather around, as I take you down the memory lane and the bloodied history of Gujarat right from the time of partition to 2002.
Prior to 2002 riots, communal violence would erupt like snap of a finger. On Uttarayan, the annual kite-flying festival, communal clashes would erupt over cutting of kites in old cities where people of both communities ‘live in communal harmony’. On Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath, when the procession would pass through certain areas, the chariots would get attacked, stones would be pelted. So much that this communal violence was one of the prime reason Gujaratis have not voted back Congress to power again since 1998.
Being a kid in 1985 and then a youngster in 1992, I believe the 2002 riots were nothing against those two black chapters in Gujarat’s history of law and order. As I said, ever since independence, riots in Gujarat have happened on communal lines, well mostly, but Gujarat has seen its streets getting burnt on a small issue of kite flying as well. Smallest dispute between a Hindu and a Muslim kid on who got better of a particular kite-war has started the worst riots in the cities like Ahmedabad in past. This is our lived history.
But, because the well-oiled ecosystem works with the utmost professionalism, the mainstream media of India have created a false picture that Gujarat has been the victim of riots only in 2002. As a matter of fact, Gujarat is more than 90% peaceful ever since the 2002 riots. That burning alive of 60 Hindus did not trigger the worst communal riots in the state quite speaks volumes of how much better law and order situation was that Modi as CM did not let the situation get out of control.
The thing is that Gujarat has seen most of its riots during the rule of Congress or non-BJP governments. According to the reports between 1961 and 1971, the first decade of Gujarat after it was created as separate state, 16 out of 19 districts at that time experienced riots. In the single year of 1969, there were not less than 578 incidences of communal riots registered in Gujarat.

Mudeti in Gujarat: “Despite him [Shah Beg Makrani] dying to save our village from the British, they [Hindus] don’t even once think of us as Indians. For them, Muslim can never mean Indian, even if they sacrifice their lives for the country.”
“Forget my ancestors, even I had guarded houses of fellow villagers when the rioters arrived in 2002. What did I get? I had to sell my land for whatever money I got to start a life from scratch and that too, far away from the land of my ancestors.”

Chapter 1
Indian maelstrom : raping Muslim girls and women
The stark reality of Hindutva crazed desire for calling ordinary Hindus to rape Muslim girls and women has reached a crescendo. The loudest point reached in a gradually increasing sound over a long period time is turning into a frenzy of a tornado of sort. It is this that is transforming India into a banana republic. It is vintage, the hall mark of India now: rape. Imperative use rape! giving an authoritative command; peremptorily. First came the Gujarat model which is abhorent and then of Sitapur of April 2 2022.
In Sitapur the Hindu priest is seen at the mosque asking Hindus to take away Muslim girls and women and rape them in public! This time is exhorting without fear of law and that too openly in the presence of armed police on duty, caring a hoot for what is done in full defiance of the law of the land. The cops are comfortably riding the same van as the abuser Hindu priest.
At an event in Gujarat organized by AHP for distribution of 5000 Trishuls, Praveen Togadiya's aide Manoj Kumar says, "Tell Katuw@s (Muslims Men), Salma (Muslim Women) is waiting for her Bajrangis (Hindus). Muslim men are not enough for her, She wants to give birth to Luv-Kush". “What a wonderful sight it was to see ‘Bajrangbali’(Hindus) sitting on their (Muslims) chest with Trishuls.”
Remember Togadia and Narendra Modi rode on the same scooter of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad boss, but now there is no trace of the duo. Now the duo that has taken over India consists of Modi and Amit Shah. There is some eerie ambit in the break up. Now it is no more caution of silence to avoid the laws of the land. This is the final push for discarding India for a Hindu Rashtra.
The AHP speaker says that the Islamic injunction of hala is a sleight of hand in the hands of mullas and kaziz because the Muslims enjoy bedding the Muslim divorvee for a temporary reprieve until the woman is returned to her former husband. The kazi and mullah exploit the interregnum as lotharios. This is astonishing for a country which is next to Indonesia as far as the number of Muslims in the world is concerned. Actual words of the speaker in the video: "Ask the circumcised penis of the circumcised brothers-in-law!" Since the days of the partition of India there was no such ebullience seen in the crowds of Muslims in any meeting! Such exuberance, the quality of being cheerful and full of energy, was not seen during the partion of India! Hindu marauders would cut off the penises and testicles of Muslim refugees and stuff them into boxes and enter into Muslim areas while the Muslims were sleeing and throw them into Muslim areas to force them to leave India. (Freedom at Midnight) The lusty sadistic and misochistic applause proves how far India has descended into the pandemonium (wild and noisy disorder or confusion; uproar.) of hatred for Muslims of India!
Returning to the days of the bonhommie between Modi and Praveen Togadia 2002 there are many instances given in the video of Rakesh Sharma's Final Solution which would make many in the west countries to bow their heads in shame and call for reimpose sanctions again Narendra Modi who is now no more CM of Gujarat but the Prime Minister of India. This would make many more countries think of denying visa to Indian Prime Minister! At one place in the video of Final Solution Togadia thunders that the monkey god Hanuman had visited Gujarat with his tail burning and setting fire to houses and shops ala the mythical of setting Sri Lanka on fire because Ravana had abducted Sita and takan her to his palace there across the Palk Strait.
Tagodia relished how the monkey god Hanuman had visited Gujarat in 2002 genocide of Muslims. At one place he even refused to move away. The audience thundered with applause as Togadia simile and relished how he was enjoying what his audience were acknowledging his allusion and reference. Yes, it was Naroda Patia where hundreds of Muslim children, women and men were herded to gether into a dry well. The VHP and Bajrang Dal goons stole petrol from the nearby ST Bus depot and poured it on the hapless Muslims below and burnt them alive. Killing such miserable Muslims in plight made Babu Bjrangi feel like Rana Pratap who also fought against Muslims and killed them so many years ago. Bajrangi reminded that this, he as kechdi eater could do so proudly.
How was CM Modi in the know of what was happening is evident when he visited the bloodiest sites and commended the Charra tribals who were in large numbers in the crowds of killers. He stopped his official car and walked to the Churra women whom he blessed for having given birth to such merciless killers of Muslims who were legally citizens of his state under his watch! So much more he had supervised!
Many years later Karan Thappar asked him to do something for his image as a mass murderer. That dehyderated Modi and he abruptly ended the interview asking for a glass of water. Karan reminded that the glass of water was before him. Even then he asked the orderly for water!!!
But what is transpiring in Gujarat where a devotee of Togadia takes his name and his audience burst into applause for him.

Chapter 2
Another Ram Navmi and another occasion of targeting Muslims circa 2022
In MP ten houses of Muslims were burnt to ashes as the Hindu mob in procession hurled abuses and then started burning houses of the minority Muslims.

Instead of celebrating peacefully the fanatics provocake and then take on the Muslims who are in minority and virtually unpresented in police force or administration. Ram Navmi fell on Sunday April 10 2022. Mosques were attakced and several houses of Muslims burnt in MP. They were the houses in Khargone where the officers said that they had identified the houses of those Muslims who were accused of rioting and therefore their houses were burnt! Provocative slogans were hurled at the Muslims from the crowd in the procession.
The agent provocateur in Delhi pogroms was the instigater. On the spot was BJP leader Kapil Mishra I in Khargone to attend the Shriram Janmotsav Shobha Yatra procession. He shared a tweet saying, “Na Musa na Burhan, Bas Jai Shree Ram. Hamari Ram Navami yatra Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, me shuru (No Musa, No Burhan (referring to Muslim names) Jai Shree Ram will alone prevail. The Ram Navami yatra will commence from Khargone, MP).”
In Gujarat Anand district’s Khambhat and Sabarkantha district’s Himmatnagar Juma Masjid was set on fire during the Ram Navami rally that led to tension.Hindu mob tried to enter Al Aqsa Masjid, Islampura, Goa during iftar time today intending to harm Muslims, alleging that someone from the masjid threw stones at Ram Navmi procession that was going next to it.Even hijab covered Muslim women proteste against assaul on the mosque next to their houses!
In Jharkhand a Muslim lost his life in the attack. He died of injuries on the following day, Monday.
Telangana:
Ram Navami Shobha Yatra has passed off peacefully in Hyderabad on Sunday amid tight security. However, Hindutva slogans calling for the establishment of Hindu supremacy along with calls of violence were raised during the yatra.
Slogans like “Har minar pe lagaenge Hindu ka jhanda” (Every pillar will have a Hindu flag), as well as “talwar uthega” (swords will be raised), was witnessed.
The lines for one of the songs to which Raja Singh dances goes, “Kashi aur Mathura main bhi jhanda ab lehrana hain.” (Flags will have to be raised at Kashi and Mathura as well.) The song goes on to say, “Hindu virodhiyon ko ab khoon ke aasu rulana hain.” (Enemies of Hinduism will be made to cry tears of blood.)
Making it clear that the lyrics are not just a celebration of Hinduism, the song calls for the removal of minorities in the country. The lyrics, “Jo Ram ka naam na le usko, Bharat se bhagana hain.” (Those who don’t chant Lord Ram’s name, need to be run out of India.)
The most relelvant to the signs of times was the Goa mosque were Muslim women came out of their houses and raised arms like Muskan Khan of Karnataka to protest against the the aggressive Hindus in the melee.
Karauli “Jis din jaag utha Hindut, toh ye anjaam bolega
Ki topi wala sar jhuka ke Jai Sri Ram bolega.
Jis din khola khoon mera, dikha denge aukat teri
Fir toh hum nahi bolenge, bas bolegi talwaar meri.”
Genocide Watch Warns of Genocide Of Muslims in India

Gregory Stanton, who founded the Genocide Watch group, is sounding the alarm on violence against Muslims in India.

A genocide of Muslims in India could be about to take place, an expert said to have predicted the massacre of the Tutsi in Rwanda years before it took place in 1994, has warned.
Gregory Stanton, the founder and director of Genocide Watch, said during a US congressional briefing there were early “signs and processes” of genocide in the Indian state of Assam and Indian-administered Kashmir.
“We are warning that genocide could very well happen in India,” Stanton said, speaking on behalf of the non-governmental organisation he launched in 1999 to predict, prevent, stop and seek accountability for genocide.
Stanton said genocide was not an event but a process and drew parallels between the policies pursued by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the discriminatory policies of Myanmar’s government against Rohingya Muslims in 2017.
Among the policies he cited were the revocation of the special autonomous status of Indian-administered Kashmir in 2019 – which stripped Kashmiris of the special autonomy they had for seven decades – and the Citizenship Amendment Act the same year, which granted citizenship to religious minorities but excluded Muslims.
Stanton, a former research professor in genocide studies and prevention at the George Mason University in Virginia, said he feared a similar scenario to Myanmar, where the Rohingya were first legally declared non-citizens and then expelled through violence and genocide.
“What we are now facing is a very similar kind of a plot,” he said.
Stanton said the Hindutva ideology was “contrary to the history of India and the Indian constitution and referred to Modi as an “extremist who has taken over the government”.
In 1989, Stanton said he had warned the then-Rwandan president Juvénal Habyarimana that “if you don’t do something to prevent genocide in your country, there is going to be a genocide here within five years”.
The early warning signs were followed by the massacre of 800,000 Tutsis and other Rwandans in 1994.
“We cannot let that happen in India,” Stanton said.
Genocide Watch began warning of genocide in India in 2002, when a three-day period of inter-communal violence in the western Indian state of Gujarat resulted in the killing of more than 1,000 Muslims.
‘Take it seriously’
Aakar Patel, a Bengaluru-based rights activist, writer and the former head of Amnesty International in India, told Al Jazeera that the reports should be taken “very seriously”.
“I think the history on the record of India’s civic violence shows either the state does something that provokes the violence (against Muslims) or does not do enough to stop it,” Patel said.
“I think the government of India needs to take it seriously … The people outside are naturally alarmed when such things are said in India and nothing is done by the state,” he said referring to a recent call for Muslim genocide made at an event by right-wing Hindu groups.
MM Ansari, a former information commissioner and educationist based in New Delhi, termed the report “alarming”. “The fear is very genuine,” he said.
Other experts have denounced rising attacks on Muslim vendors and businesses by Hindu supremacist groups.
In November, Hindu hardliners set fire to the home of a Muslim former foreign minister, Salman Khurshid, who had compared the kind of Hindu nationalism that has flourished under Modi with “extremist groups” such as ISIL (ISIS).
Videos of Hindu religious leaders calling for mass killings and for the use of weapons against Muslims that went viral on social media last month prompted the Supreme Court to order an investigation into hate speech in Uttarakhand state.
“Under BJP’s leadership, India became one of the most dangerous countries for Muslims and Christians in the world. They are being persecuted physically, psychologically and economically,” activist and academic Apoorvanand wrote in an OpEd for Al Jazeera.
“Laws are being passed to criminalise their religious practices, food habits and even businesses.”
Syed Zafar Islam, the spokesperson of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government, rejected Genocide Watch’s report, saying “no such things exist as [is] being portrayed.... There have been instances (of attacks) but it is not restricted to one community. In society, we have sometimes attacks on each other over reasons like property disputes or other disputes. These things do not only happen between Hindu and Muslims only but they happen among Hindus as well,” he said.
Muslims comprise nearly 14 percent of India’s 1.4 billion people, while Hindus still form nearly 80 percent of the population.
Modi’s BJP and its ideological parent, the far-right Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), have warned Hindus about religious conversions to Islam and Christianity, and called for action to prevent a “demographic imbalance” in the world’s second most populous nation.
Modi’s BJP has been accused of encouraging the persecution of Muslims and other minorities by hardline Hindu nationalists since coming to power in 2014, allegations it denies.

“You spoke about 20-25 years, but if we increase our speed, I say 10-15 years. In that period, we will see…the India that Swami Vivekananda and Maharshi Aurobindo had imagined,” Bhagwat said at the event on Wednesday.
Arguing that the society can achieve its goals if it walks together with determination, Bhagwat said, “Everything will not be achieved at once. I do not have the power at all…it is with people. They have the control. When they are ready, everyone’s behaviour changes. We are preparing them; you also do it. We will walk together as an example, without fear. We will talk about non-violence, but we will walk with a stick. And that stick will be a heavy one.
“We have no ill-will, no enmity with anyone. The world only understands power. We should have strength, and it should be visible.”

chapter 2
Is it possible to survive aggressive Hindutva reign of terror?
Mustafa Khan
“Kashi aur Mathura main bhi jhanda ab lehrana hain.” "Hindustan mai rehna hai to "Jai Shri Ram kahna hoga."Given this kind of determinism where the future of Indian Muslims is cut out for them that they would have to sing in praise of Jai Shri Ram, concede to forfeit all the historical mosques built in the early eras there can not be feasibility of survival. But for, the restoration of sanity of Hinduism of the masses. The failure to check inflaction or provide jobs had so disenchanted the Italians that they attended the massive rally but hung Mussolini and his wife from the electric pole.
Dr Munje along with Dr Hegdewar laid the foundation of the greatest terror organization in the history of the country. What led them to this was how to kill Muslims in mass casualties. Munje went and met Mussolin and other Indian leaders in this quest. Since then they have successfully experiented with all kinds of lethal weapons. This went unnoticed by and large until the ambassador of Hindu Muslim unity Mohammad Ali Jinha returned from England. He saw the naked truth that Mahatma Gandhi had rightly welcomed Jinnah but he was a good devoute Hindu was also a puzzle. Other leaders Like Jwahar Lal Nehru were secular but had no foresight like Jinnah of what the future held for the Muslims in the subcontinent. Erudite Maulana Azad differentiated himself with reservations about partition. Therefore the Hindutva/RSS/Hindu Mahasabha juggernaut has continued. Sometimes the fickle minded RSS boss Mohan Bhagwat changes the colour like a chameleon, his walrus moustache, eery eyes and knowing smiles of a conspirator ingritiating
The conclave of RSS in the first week of September 2015 would parallel the Spanish civil war situation. A democratic government vowed to hold the Constitution of the Republic flouted all the norms of the Parliamentary democracy by its PM and his ministers by attending the conclave to defend their policy and work in office instead of the floor of the Parliament. Among its deliberation there was Sakshi Maharaj asking for unconstitutional means to curb the population of Muslims. Nay, the firebrand Parvin Togadia asked for strictest measure to declare Muslims producing third child as an act of crime. “[The government] must also implement the two-children [sic] norm irrespective of the political pressures. Rather than subsidising each birth of a Muslim kid, it is must that after two children, there has to be the strictest curb. Perhaps a punishable criminal offence and stopping the ration, jobs, (and) educational facilities will streamline the population facilitation towards better development.” This is the same Togadia who sat in the clinic of VHP leader Jaideep Patel during the genocide of Muslims in Gujarat in 2002 and monitored the reports coming in of mass casualties of Muslims at the hands of the extremist Hindus. Now he wants to make it a law like the proclamation of Pharaoh that all children should be extinct after the birth of first two. The UNO Convention against Genocide clearly mentions it as crime against humanity in the same way as killing of Muslim children and fetuses during the pogroms of 2002. Thereafter Modi went on winning election by creating paranoia over the fecundity of Muslims: “When we allocate funds for Becharaji, [the Congress] do not like it. And if we bring Narmada waters in the month of Shravan, then too they say they dislike it. So what should we do? Do we go and run relief camps? Should we open child-producing centres?
“We want to firmly implement family planning. Hum paanch, humare pachees (We five, our 25) (laughs). Who will benefit from this development? Is family planning not necessary in Gujarat? Where does religion come in its way? Where does community come in its way?
And come to The Kashmir File circa today
“Jahan par humara ghar baar tha, wahan par humara ghar baar phir se hoga. Yeh jo apna sankalp hai us ki purti ke liye ab bahut din baki nahi hain (It will not take long in fulfillment of our pledge to have our houses again in our native land).”
RSS Chief, Mohan Bhagwat speaks for the Mega Navreh Celebrations. A speech for Kashmiri Hindus.
Referring to their pain and agony of getting displaced, he said it was not new, but it had been going on for the past three-four decades. “Though we have scattered all over the world, Kashmir remains an integral part of India,” he said, adding that the situation was changing.
Recalling his earlier address to the migrants on Shivratri in Delhi in 2011, he said: “You had pledged to return home then, but that was not the right time. I had then told you that the problem would be solved only through public awakening. Due to the efforts from all of us in the past 11 years, the path for your return has brightened as the hurdles like Article 370 are not there today.”
Speaking at a gathering of seers in Haridwar on April 13 2022 RSS boss Mohan Bhagwat held out a threat to the minority Muslims, of course, “Bharat ko ab bada hona hi hai....Dharma ka utthan hi Bharat ka utthan hai...Bharat jo apne utthan ki patri pe chal pada hai usko paaye bina ab rukna nahin hai. Isko rokne wale ya toh hat jayengae ya mit jayengae....yeh nahin rukne wala. Yeh aisi gadi hai iska accelerator hai break nahin hai (India has to now grow big. The rise of 'Dharma' is the rise of India. There's no stopping India, which has launched itself on the track of rise and upliftment. Those who try to stop it will either step aside of be eliminated. This is a vehicle which has an accelerator but no brakes).”
“We will talk about non-violence but we will carry a stick in our hand. We have no enmity in our mind but world heeds to power. Therefore, we should have power which is visible.”
