What is terrorism and how are we fighting?
A serving lieutenant
colonel of Indian army had talked to the Israelis authorities about
establishing a Hindu rashtra or kingdom in India. He extracted such promises:
facilities as diplomatic recognition, an embassy in the Israelis capital and
supply of weapons. And to prove his bona fide of his organization Abhinav
Bharat: to carry out at least two bomb blasts. This was done. Two blasts
followed at Malegaon 2006 and 2008. His
complaint was that the Israelis receive messages but do not send definite
communication as a reply. But the rulers of Israel keep bilateral contact.
Israel and Hamas agreed to ceasefire under the influence of US
representative regarding the ten day war that started on May 10 2021. The PM of Israel Benjamin Netanayahu
concluded his reaction by summing: the agreement to a cease fire was travesty
and it would lead to more acts of terrorism!
Subsequently India’s
foreign minister SJaishanker went to Israel and spoke on terrorism as if he was
avoiding nit picking. Terrorism is not acceptable howsoever you call it as
"any way legitimate as diplomacy" or "unorthodox
statecraft", adding that the "bigger issues" are matter of
concern.
If Pakistan continues
infiltration so will continue terrorism. Infiltration is equated with
terrorism. The way BJP leaders’ call to shoot the traitors (Anuraj Thakur) and
taking law into hands (Kapil Mishra) if the police do not remove the protesters
on the day of President Tump’s departure. These utterances are acts of
terrorism. They have undermined the secular character of the country. PM Modi
tried to hide the naked truth what was the right wing Hindutva party BJP doing
in clear defiance. The current government was following the agenda of RSS. The
foreign secretary while still in service kept mum. But after retirement he
joined BJP and he was made a member of parliament. This was a sea change and it
brought in open what was latent. [Compare him with Ambassador Nirupama Rao
[nee,Nirupama Menon when we were in MA English literature class at the
Marathwada University, Aurangabad]. She advocated our politicians to have
“sense and sensibility” and shun “pride and prejudice.” She also advised
disputed part of Kashmir to be turned into a “village common”. This would have
avoided frequent bouts of terrorism and trauma like innocent children of
Pathribal. The hiatus of change in the new foreign minister of India S Jaishanker
is ominous and a fateful departure from the past. India remained absent in the
UNO resolution in favor of a human rights commission inquiry in the atrocities
on Gaza Palestinian settlement.
The day Jaishanker
went to the United Sates to persuade American companies to expedite supply of
vaccines he abandoned reason like PM Modi during the election in West Bengal.
He got entangled with National Security Advisor McMaster who questioned his
secular country’s record of communal tension.
He failed to rise to the occasion.
"When you come
down to real governance, there is a difference
between the political imagery [emphasis added] that has been
concocted and actual governance record out there". What does
the foreign minister mean by “out there”? It could be surgical strike; it could
be Patrhibal killing as in the photo:

As to the foreign funds used in Malegaon attack it
is necessary to look at how the funds end up in India, the real end users.
There are documented proofs that huge amounts of money collected in the US go
into the accounts of VHP and other conglomerates of RSS. Sonal Shah and her
father Ramesh have been in the core group of VHPA [America] and have been
instrumental in sending fund under the name of Eklavya Vidyalaya for backward
tribals. But the real use is not to ameliorate the lot of the tribal people by
educating them, it is rather to convert them to Hinduism if they are animists
or have taken to Christianity. In the anti Christian riots in Kanthamal of
Orissa and other parts of India it is this fund that played havoc as it did in
2002 against the Muslims of Gujarat. The backward community of Charras was
roped in by the RSS to wreak “vengeance” on the Muslims by slaughtering them.
This confession is caught on camera and no action has been taken as if that was
not terrorism.
Defense minister George Fernandes had
asked the army chief, the Air Marshal, and the Admiral to report the Kargil war
to MPs. When the three went to the place it was the party office of BJP. That
is how the sangh parivar interferes in the affairs of the armed forces,
directly.
Malegaon blasts
Abrar Ahmed is the most important accused. There is a Janus like
split personality in him. According to circumstantial evidence he was spotted
at Mushawarat chowk on September 8, 2006 parking a cycle exactly where the
fourth bomb exploded. It is also reported that the people who saw him were at
the phone booth of Mufti Ismail and company. Since then the mufti has not only
become MLA but also a vocal critic of Abrar. This vital clue is still viable
for probe.
But then Abrar has also given an
affidavit to MOCOCA court in which he says that the additional superintendant
of police Rajwardhan, Sachin Kadam and Suboth Kumar Jaiswal (both of ATS) had
gone to meet him in the JJ hospital on September 1, 2008. When Abrar
reprimanded them for getting him into trouble and betraying him they assured
him that they would get him out on bail. This is high treason on their part if
proved in the court of law. Its implications are very disturbing. It would mean
that the 2006 bombs were exploded by a team which included Abrar. But it would
also mean that it was insider’s job. That the police were involved in
the conspiracy of exploding bombs, at least at the Mushawarat chowk. This would
also confirm what Lieutenant colonel Prasad Purohit had said that Abhinav
Bharat had used Students Islamic Movement of India prior to 2008 blast. That
Muslims were used in carrying out the task which the Hindutva terrorists had
designed.
More than these two serious and
dangerous implications is the third that the trio which went to visit Abrar
wanted to destroy the new investigators which included the new chief of ATS
Hemant Karkare. He had already found out the truth of 2006 though he was
officially investigating 2008 blast. It could also mean that Karkare was the
first who had come to know that 2006 was not the work of SIMI but of the
Hindutva group of the RSS pracharaks like Sunil Joshi (who was alive at the
time of 2006 blasts), Kalsangra, Dange, Aseemanand, Pragya Singh Thakur, etc.
The implications are far reaching.
Jaiswal had since then joined R&AW. Does it mean that that agency got
involved in this terror? And now Jaiswal has become head of CBI.
Thus the deep state
in India is powerful but extraneous to
real democracy. Jaishanker cannot pretend to be ignorant of it.
It will embarrass India’s new CBI chief Jaiswal of what transpired
earlier and what Jaishanker says now.
