The charges include sections 16 (committing terrorist act) and 18 (conspiring to commit terrorist act) of the UAPA and sections 120 (b) (criminal conspiracy), 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder), 324 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 153 (a) (promoting enmity between two religious groups) of the IPC. The accused have also been charged under relevant sections of the Explosive Substances Act. Can she claim divine origin to escape the law of the land? In fact one such accused is Dayanand Pandey (originally hailed from Kanpur) who also takes the title of Shankaracharya of a peeth in Jammu. His denouement can be summed up as a rake’s progress. When Hemant Karkare opened his laptop there was a bonanza of sexual exploits with reputed ladies of society. Quite ironically it is Muslims who are suspect in the eyes of the majority as unpatriotic and have to suffer most. The murderers of Joshi were also those who had burnt the Best Bakery in Baroda and taken part in the pogroms against Muslim in Gujarat 2002. Rasheed Shah(68) was hacked to death, his son Jalil was killed when the 5 accused RSS workers had burnt the house. Two more brothers of the victim were shot and injured on December 30 2007, the day of the strike to protest the assassination of Joshi. This Sutarkheda fury was visited upon the Muslims who had nothing to do with the murder of Joshi.. The death of Joshi was foretold in the manner of the novel of Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s The Death Foretold. The innocent Muslims who were killed in bomb blasts in 2006 and 2008 also had their death foretold. The killers were the same and Swami Asimanand had foretold the death of Sunil Joshi. He had cautioned him about Indresh Kumar. There is now a new angle of flatly denying the knowledge of what transpired at Bhiku chowk in 2008. The lead was taken by Sadhvi and followed by others. That the Muslim crowd manipulated the event needs scrutiny or else there will be subversion of justice in open defiance. The police were there even a probationary officer of high rank Viresh Prabhu was only feet away from the spot of explosion. In the resultant stone pelting he received serious injuries to his head and was rushed away to NN Wadia hospital. The police around resorted to shooting at the angry protesters. The police came, saw it but refused to touch. People gathered there and volunteered to move it away but it was locked and there was no one near it. At 9.30 the bomb went off. Coincidentally another such bomb went off in a crowded place in Modasa, Gujarat. At the same time 17 bombs were recovered from Kalupur of Ahmadabad. All these happened by design. These incidents on the eve of festivity of Id are a larger conspiracy to kill Muslims and throw blame on them. But then happened Karkare. Being main accused the Sadhvi is cause of violence and main instigator. Apart from this she also stabbed a man Shailendra Devagan in the chest. That is what Chattisgarh CM Bhupesch Baghel said when her brother had a quarrel with the victim. According to the supplementary chargesheet of NIA the conspiracy was hatched fifteen days before by Lokesh Sharma and Rajendra Chaudhary in close meeting with Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur. Giving details of the role of Pragya, the chargesheet says that on the day of the murder, "Pragya was present at Koti Chandi Yagya Dussehra ground at Indore." She stayed at Indore from December 25, 2007 to January 5, 2008. The primary motive behind the murder of Joshi according to chargesheet appears to be sexual advances made by Joshi against Pragya, which did not go down well with Lokesh and Rajender who treated Pragya as sister. It is a Hindu jihad against kleptomania. What else it is if suspected Muslim thieves like Tabrez Ansari in Jharkhand are beaten for seven hours at a stretch and dumped in prison to die!
